PES 2020 eFootball should appeal to many who liked the franchise's style in its glory days, and the demonstration shows that Konami is trying to secure its place in the future by embracing the best part of its past. It remains to be seen whether you finally make it clear that you want to distance yourself from what made the FIFA series the biggest football franchise in the world, will it be a successful recipe or if it is too late to go back to the roots of what makes PES series games more fun than EA's.
